Job summary

MCI Career Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Facility Technician to join our Facilities team in a permanent role. You will work closely with Engineers and the Facilities team to ensure the smooth and reliable operation of building facilities and equipment.

The role includes preventive maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining documentation in line with ISO procedures, with shift patterns that support 24/7 facilities uptime.

Responsibilities

• Assist Engineers and the Facilities team with preventive maintenance, breakdown services, routine monitoring and facilities upgrading works.
• Perform daily monitoring and recording of facilities equipment performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair facilities equipment breakdowns.
• Assist the team in ensuring efficient use of utilities and resources.
• Perform building maintenance and related facilities works.
• Support Engineers in maintaining proper maintenance documentation and records.
• Follow ISO-standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with established requirements.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Basic Salary

S$2,500 – S$3,300 per month

Islandwide company bus transport available

Working Hours (4334) Fixed

• Shift A: 8:00am – 8:15pm
• Shift B: 8:00pm – 8:15am
