Job summary

GMP Technologies is seeking a Facility Technician for a 12-hour shift in HDD manufacturing. You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, monitor performance, and keep detailed records.

You will ensure safety protocols are followed and collaborate with the team to complete tasks on schedule. We value candidates with an ITE/diploma in engineering, at least 2 years of facility maintenance experience, and strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Qualifications

ITE / diploma in Engineering is required.
Minimum of 2 years experience in facility maintenance.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Willingness to work a 12-hour shift.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing.
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues before they become major problems.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
Assist with the installation of new equipment and systems as needed.
Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in facility maintenance technology and techniques.
