Job summary

MCI Career Services Pte Ltd is seeking a facilities management professional for on-site operations in Singapore. You will oversee daily FM activities, coordinate with contractors, security, and pest control, and support fire safety-related issues on site.

Applicants with relevant FM experience who can handle defect investigations, preventive maintenance checks, and on-site liaison will be considered. The role runs 8:00am–5:30pm, five days a week, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management operations is required.
• Experience with fire safety-related issues is preferred.
• Able to liaise with on-site contractors and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Manage facilities management operations and activities.
• Assist with facilities management and fire safety related issues.
• Conduct checks on building repairs, rectify defects and perform preventive maintenance.
• Liaise and manage on-site contractors, security, pest control, etc.
• Attend to defects and faults reported on site, investigate and determine cause.
• Coordinate with contractors and 3rd party maintenance teams on preventive maintenance schedules.
• Fire safety certificate is an advantage.
