Job summary

MCI Career Services Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced IFM Operations Manager on a 2-year contract to oversee islandwide facilities management across camps and sites in Singapore. You will lead FM teams, contractors and specialist vendors to ensure seamless daily operations and service delivery.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in IFM or facilities operations.
• Proven ability to lead multiple stakeholders, service providers and operational teams.
• Strong experience in incident management, service recovery and operational continuity.
• Experience in asset lifecycle management, condition assessments, obsolescence management, CMMS and technical proposal preparation.

Skills/Experience Required
