Job summary

J&T Express Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Facility Maintenance Supervisor to oversee M&E systems and ensure reliable operation at our Penjuru Road site. The role requires coordinating with technicians and contractors to maintain environmental conditions and facility functions.

You will mentor and coach a team of technicians, liaise with the Facility Executive, and work with government authorities on M&E compliance and SOP improvements. This position is based at 24 Penjuru Road, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with ability to establish, maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients.
• Around 2 years of experience in maintenance of mechanical & electrical services with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse & office facilities and inspect building systems including fire alarms, ACMV, mechanical & electrical etcs to ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieve environmental conditions prescribed.
• Oversee and inspect the work performed by technicians and contractors including ACMV, mechanical & electrical, security & cleaning.
• Responsible for the planning and execution of corrective/preventive maintenance.
• Determine material, equipment, tools and spare parts to be used for maintenance jobs.
• Mentor and coach team of technicians and liaise closely with Facility Executive.
• Liaise with government authorities on M&E initiatives for compliance.
• Review and recommend Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and propose changes for review.
• Any other tasks
