Job summary

BYT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Facilities Operator to manage daily M&E and ACMV system operations, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensure safety compliance. You will troubleshoot issues, maintain logs, and coordinate with vendors while supporting emergency responses.

The role requires a Diploma/NTC in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in MS Office. English and Chinese communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• NTC or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant facility operation and maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of ACMV, electrical distribution, compressed air, DI water, and cooling tower systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication in English and Chinese for liaising with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and vendors.
• First Aid and/or CERT certification is an advantage.
• Team-oriented, responsible and able to work with minimal supervision.
