The Lentor Residence Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a capable Facilities Assistant to support the Operations Manager in managing the nursing home's facilities, maintenance requests and daily operations.

You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, coordinate installation and repair works, perform routine inspections, assist procurement, and liaise with vendors to ensure quality and compliance at the Macpherson site.

Competenze

Certificate/Diploma in a related field.
Preferably 2 years of relevant working experience.
Work Location: Macpherson, walking distance from Tai Seng MRT

Mansioni

Assist the Operations Manager in facilities operations and daily service requests.
Troubleshoot faults related to mechanical and electrical equipment.
Attend to breakdowns and feedback promptly.
Handle installation, repair, rectification, and replacement work.
Perform routine inspection and maintenance tasks.
Assist in procurement of supplies and parts.
Manage inventory control of assets, equipment, and tools.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and statutory requirements.
Liaise with vendors/contractors and supervise site work.
Assist in visitor management and emergency preparedness duties.
