Job summary

GRIFFIN HR CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance and repairs at a Macpherson site in Singapore. Expect 9ampm, Mon-Fri with alternate Saturday duty.

The candidate should hold a NITEC in Building Services or related field and have at least 2 years of facilities maintenance experience. Strong problem-solving and safety awareness are required for this on-site role.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC in Building Services, Electrical, or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in facilities or building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing, utility, and general building systems, including AHU rooms and switch rooms.
• Oversee contractors carrying out servicing, repair, and renovation works to ensure proper completion of maintenance tasks.
