Job summary

GRIFFIN HR CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a facilities technician based in Macpherson to perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems.

You will supervise contractors and ensure safe, timely completion of maintenance tasks, with a minimum of two years in facilities or building maintenance.

Qualifications

• NITEC in Building Services, Electrical, or related field.
• At least 2 years of facilities or building maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing, utility, and general building systems, including AHU rooms and switch rooms.
• Oversee contractors carrying out servicing, repair, and renovation works to ensure proper completion of maintenance tasks.
