Job summary

CITY FACILITIES MANAGEMENT (SGP) PTE. LTD. is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician to handle troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance across facilities in Singapore.

You will coordinate work orders, install and repair electrical systems, and ensure safety standards are followed. Strong communication with store and warehouse managers is essential. The role includes on-call shifts and requires a NITEC certification with at least 2 years of building maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• Must possess a clean driver license.
• NITEC certification in a relevant field is required.
• At least 2 years of building maintenance experience.
• Must be an effective communicator with store/managers.
• Experience working on on-call rosters and standby duties.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and resolve issues proactively.

Responsibilities

• Receive work orders and coordinate tasks with the supervisor.
• Maintain facility electrical, mechanical and equipment systems.
• Repair motors, controllers and electrical devices.
• Install wiring and machinery from prints/diagrams.
• Isolate, dismantle, replace parts and test operation.
• Check and repair lighting systems.
• Inventory stock and requisition supplies as needed.
• Keep work areas clean and compliant with safety regulations.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance for assigned stores.
• Estimate time and materials for work orders.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
