Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Building & Facilities Technician to perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance across electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems at our Singapore facility.

The role involves coordinating with contractors, supervising renovations, and ensuring safe, clean equipment rooms, with hands-on repair work and basic telecom fault troubleshooting. Candidates with a NITEC in relevant fields and 2 years' experience are preferred; the position is on-site

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC in Facilities / Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services.
• Preferably 2 years of experience in building maintenance and facilities support.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building facilities.
• Coordinate with contractors for scheduled servicing and repairs.
• Supervise contractors during renovations to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment rooms, AHU and switch rooms.
• Oversee external vendors' works ensuring quality and cost-efficiency.
• Carry out hands-on maintenance on electrical, plumbing, sanitary, and general systems.
• Troubleshoot basic faults in telephone lines and communications.
