Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Facilities Technician to perform planned preventive maintenance and troubleshoot electrical and HVAC systems. The role covers repairing water pipes, mechanical works, and related facilities equipment, with additional duties as assigned by the Senior Technician/Engineer.

The contract starts at 3 months and can extend to 12 months. A bonus of 1 month is offered upon successful completion of the first year of the contract.

Qualifications

• ITE Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Perform plan preventive maintenance work (PPM) as assigned by the Supervisor.
• Troubleshoot electrical fault and reinstate the power supply and equipment back to normal operation.
• Troubleshoot air conditioning fault and reinstate the air conditioning back to normal operation.
• Repair water pipe burst, mechanical work, medical gases system and other related facilities equipment.
• Any other duties assigned by the Senior Technician/Engineer.
