Job summary

Premium Automobiles Pte Ltd is looking for a facilities technician to maintain electrical, HVAC, and building systems across the site. You will coordinate with contractors for routine service and emergency repairs, supervise renovations, and ensure clean, safe premises. Hands-on repair of sanitary, electrical, and building works is required.

The role requires 2 years of building maintenance experience and a proactive, multitasking attitude to perform well under pressure.

Qualifications

Minimum NTC education in Facilities / Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services with 2 years of experience in building maintenance and facilities support.
Good problem solving skills
Be able to work under pressure and multitask
Hands-on repair for sanitary and plumbing works, electrical works and building works
Must be able to carry out simple fault finding for telephone lines

Responsibilities

Maintain the facilities with routine checks on electrical, air-conditioning systems, compressed air and chilled-water systems.
Contact and work with contractors for routine servicing and emergency repair in order to keep the building in daily operational state.
Supervise vendors during renovation in order to ensure a smooth transition to new areas.
Maintain good housekeeping in AHU and switch room to maintain cleanliness of equipment and site.
Work with contractors and vendors to carry out schedules and supervise work on premises to ensure quality cost effective repairs and renovation.
