Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Singapore is seeking a Building Technician to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of building systems. The role covers inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems to keep the premises comfortable and safe.

Applicants should hold a Diploma in Facilities Management or related field and have at least 2 years of facility management experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Facilities Management / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Building Services or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant facility management experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire alarms, etc.).
• Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions, ensuring minimal disruption to building operations.
• Adhere to safety regulations and ensure all building systems comply with health and safety standards.
• Address urgent maintenance requests and emergencies promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections, and report issues as needed.
