MERCURE SINGAPORE BUGIS is seeking a maintenance technician to perform shift duties and support the hotel's Building & M&E systems. You will assist in repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to ensure reliable operation of ventilation, refrigeration, sanitary, and air conditioning systems.

The ideal candidate holds an ITE certification in Electrical/Building Services/Aircon with 1–2 years of relevant experience and is proficient in MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Perform shift duties as required by operations.
• Follow up with Engineering P&P and carry out tasks assigned by superior.
• Assist in repair, troubleshoot and preventive maintenance to Building & M&E systems to operational level.
• Repair and maintenance of hotel ventilation, refrigeration, sanitary, air conditioning and other equipment.
• Daily check of building and M&E systems, report faults and follow up on repairs.
• Complete assigned duty tasks before off-duty.
• Daily check and record utility usage.
• Monitor service and maintenance of equipment and controls.
• Monitor upkeep, repairs and repainting of interior furnishing including painting, vanishing, wallpaper & carpentry.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform shift duties as required by operations.

• Follow up with Engineering P&P and to carry out all the assigned task by superior.

• Assist in the repair, trouble-shoot & perform preventive maintenance to the Building & M&E system to its ultimate operational level.

• Responsible for the repair and maintenance of the Hotel’s ventilation, refrigeration, sanitary system, air conditioning system and all other equipment.

• Daily check all building and its M&E system, equipment for faults. Report and follow up on the repair work.

• Complete the assigned duty task/work before off-duty.

• Daily check and record the utility.

• Monitor the service and maintenance of all equipment and controls.

• Monitor the up keeping, repairs and repainting of the interior furnishing of the Hotel premises include painting, vanishing, wall paper & carpentry works.

• To develop and maintain a good working relationship among staff.

• To hand-over all information and task to the next shift colleague.

Job Requirements

• ITE Certification in Electrical/Building Services/Aircon with 1-2 years relevant work experience
