Job summary

TREETOPS EXECUTIVE RESIDENCES is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle general repair and preventive maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and M&E systems across the property. The role includes responding to guest and tenant concerns and supporting installation work as required.

Candidates with NTC 3 / NITEC in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering are welcomed, including entry-level applicants who will receive training. A 5-day work week and uniforms are provided.

Qualifications

• NTC 3 / NITEC in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.
• At least 1 year of hospitality maintenance experience.
• Entry-level candidates welcome with training offered.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• General repair and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, sanitary, AV/ventilation, mechanical equipment and fire protection systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and installation/modification of M&E equipment and appliances.
• Attend to guests’ and tenants complaints.

Duties & Responsibilities:

General repair and maintenance of Electrical, Plumbing, Sanitary systems, Air-conditioning, Ventilation system, Mechanical Equipment and Fire protection system etc

Perform preventive maintenance work & carry out duty on modification and installation of M&E equipment and appliances

Attend to guests’ and tenants complaints

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least NTC 3 / NITEC in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering/ Building Services or equivalent

1 year of relevant experience in hospitality preferred

Entry level ITE candidates are welcome to apply as we will offer training

Able to commit to shifts, weekends and public holidays
