Job summary

Surbana Jurong is seeking a Mechanical/Facilities Engineer to oversee operation, maintenance and reliability of P&S, fire protection and PA systems in diverse facilities. The role includes leading technical teams, coordinating contractors, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities cover planning preventive and corrective maintenance, managing AEI/A&A/R&R projects, and maintaining CMMS records while liaising with clients and authorities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience in M&E/O&M facilities management.
• Knowledge of Singapore fire safety regulations and WSH requirements.
• Experience managing contractors and service providers with strong coordination.
• Proficient in CMMS and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of P&S, Fire Protection and PA systems to ensure reliability.
• Supervise technicians, contractors and vendors to ensure safety and SLA/KPI compliance.
• Manage AEI, A&A, R&R projects including drawings review and execution coordination.
• Monitor maintenance performance using CMMS and analyze equipment trends.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and authorities for project delivery.
