Job summary

QUANTUMCLEAN TECHNOLOGIES (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Facility Supervisor to ensure the reliable operation of building systems, maintain safety standards, and manage budgets. The role requires hands-on maintenance experience and the ability to coordinate with contractors.

The successful candidate will oversee environmental compliance, space planning, and energy-efficient initiatives while supporting daily residents and users with a focus on reliability and sustainability.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
Flexibility to work overtime/on-call/holidays when required.
Minimum 5 years hand-on maintenance and repairs experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience operating wastewater plant.
Mechanical and basic electrical experience required.
Troubleshooting skills.
Strong attention to detail and communication.
Experience in chemical/semiconductor industry preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee facility infrastructure, equipment, and systems; plan and execute preventive maintenance.
Review and improve standard operating procedures and risk assessments.
Maintain equipment calibration and minimize downtime due to maintenance.
Ensure wastewater treatment compliance and environmental controls.
Develop and enforce health and safety standards; conduct audits and risk assessments.
Coordinate with vendors/contractors; manage service quality and terms.
Prepare and oversee facility budgets; monitor costs and contracts.
Optimize space usage; manage relocations or renovations.
Promote environmental sustainability and energy efficiency.
