Qualifikationen

• Diploma in Building or Facilities or Estate Discipline (M&E or Building background preferred).
• At least 3 years of relevant facilities/building management experience.
• Basic knowledge of M&E systems, ACMV, fire protection, and building maintenance.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in commercial, industrial, healthcare, or institutional facilities is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Manage daily facilities and building operations.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance works.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure timely rectification of defects.
• Supervise contractors and service providers to ensure service standards are met.
• Attend to tenants' feedback, requests, and operational issues.
• Support building improvement, renovation, and upgrading projects.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor maintenance budgets, process invoices, and maintain operational records.
