Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Project Facilities Executive to support facilities development and project planning at our Novena site.

This contract-to-perm role offers training provided and exposure to engineering coordination. You will conduct feasibility studies, budgeting and scheduling, coordinate building plans and project documents, and provide technical project support to meet timelines, costs and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Building Services or related disciplines.
• Relevant experience in project coordination or facilities development is preferred.
• Strong communication, organisational and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies, cost analysis, budget estimates and project scheduling.
• Coordinate and manage building plans, architectural drawings and project documentation.
• Provide project engineering support and technical advice.
• Manage development projects to meet timeline, cost and quality requirements.
• Support document control, record management and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with cost control and other departmental duties as assigned.
