Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a capable Project Coordination professional for a contract-to-perm role based in Novena. You will conduct feasibility studies, cost analyses, budgeting and scheduling to support engineering and facilities projects.

You will coordinate building plans, architectural drawings and project documentation, provide technical advice, and help manage development projects to meet timeline, cost and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Building Services or related disciplines.
• Relevant experience in project coordination or facilities development is preferred.
• Strong communication, organisational and coordination skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies, cost analysis, budget estimates and project scheduling.
