Job summary

GOLDTECH RESOURCES PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Technician in Singapore to carry out electrical maintenance and supervise technicians. The role supports preventive and corrective maintenance to keep electrical systems safe and reliable.

The candidate will lead daily maintenance activities, troubleshoot faults, maintain records, and ensure compliance with safety and WSH requirements while guiding junior technicians.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Technician to carry out electrical maintenance works and provide day-to-day guidance and supervision to technicians. The role will support preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure electrical systems and equipment operate safely and reliably.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise technicians in daily electrical maintenance activities.
• Plan and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical systems and equipment.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and rectify electrical faults and complaints.
• Perform and oversee electrical repair and maintenance works.
• Coordinate and monitor rectification works to ensure timely completion.
• Provide technical guidance and support to technicians.
• Update Technical Officers / supervisors on faults, maintenance activities and work progress.
• Maintain proper maintenance records and documentation.
• Ensure tools, equipment and work areas are properly maintained.
• Ensure all works comply with safety and WSH requirements.
• Support ad-hoc electrical maintenance and repair activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong hands-on experience in electrical and facilities maintenance.
• Experience in preventive and corrective electrical maintenance.
• Good electrical troubleshooting and fault rectification skills.
• Experience leading or supervising technicians would be preferred.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and guide junior technicians.
• SEC / CoreTrade certification would be an advantage.
• Strong awareness of workplace safety and WSH requirements.
