Job summary

MCI Career Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Management professional to support the FM Site Lead and Senior Engineers in operations for a hospital project. You will participate in design planning meetings and contribute to technical clarifications to ensure reliability of FM systems.

The role emphasizes staying abreast of new technologies such as automation and robotics in FM and healthcare, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8am to 5:30pm and a West Region location, along

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Building and Facilities Maintenance or related field; ACMV installation experience would be an advantage.
• Familiarity with BCA Greenmark certification and GreenGov.SG requirements would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the FM Site Lead and Senior Engineers.
• Attend and participate in relevant meetings (design planning, interface, technical clarification, etc).
• Support and input to the consultants’ technical & design proposal to meet hospital’s operation needs and maintainability of FM systems.
• Keep abreast of innovative technologies such as automation, robotics, etc in FM and healthcare for possible implementation in the new hospital.
• Support Group Facilities Management functions as and when required.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:
