Job summary

REVUP PROSERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on facilities manager to oversee M&E systems, security, and carpark operations within a Singapore building portfolio.

You will lead maintenance teams, coordinate service contractors, and ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements. Responsibilities include tendering and management of service contracts, AEI-related planning, and collaboration with the Finance department on payments and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building/Facilities Management, or related disciplines.
• At least two years’ experience in building, facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee M&E and building operations to meet statutory and safety standards.
• Coordinate maintenance/inspection with technicians and service contractors.
• Supervise security and carpark operations; approve duty rosters for coverage.
• Manage tendering, evaluation, and administration of maintenance and fire-safety contracts.

Full Time Position

Duties:

• Conduct regular inspections of the building’s mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and adherence to high operational standards. Manage service contractors to maintain optimal building performance.
• Co-develop and implement fire emergency response plans, conduct fire safety audits, and manage the maintenance of security surveillance systems and carpark facilities to ensure the highest levels of safety and security.
• Supervise maintenance technicians in carrying out daily preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring effective management of property and common areas.
• Oversee security officers in their daily operations, including security and carpark management. Review and approve duty rosters to ensure adequate manpower coverage.
• Handle requisitions for M&E equipment and parts. Address and resolve complaints related to M&E services.
• Manage requisitions for safety and security equipment. Investigate incidents or complaints related to fire safety and building security, and follow through on necessary actions.
• Oversee the full process of tendering, evaluation, recommendation, administration, and management of service or term contracts related to maintenance and fire safety.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of Asset Enhancement Initiative (AEI) projects as required.
• Coordinate with the Finance department on vendor payments and related administrative matters.
