Job summary

National University of Singapore is seeking a candidate to provide technical and administrative support for facility management and maintenance works on campus. You will manage complaints and queries, coordinate with stakeholders and contractors, and supervise contractors to ensure quality and schedule adherence.

The role also involves preparing contracts and supporting procurement for services, as well as assisting in daily operations planning under the Reporting Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or Estate Management.
• Up to 5 years of experience in Facilities Management or a related field.
• Knowledge of Building Services and M&E Systems.
• Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) and CMMS.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Attend to complaints and queries via FMS/CMMS and email.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and contractors for campus facility operations.
• Supervise contractors to ensure works meet specifications and timelines.
• Prepare contract documents for term contracts and renovation projects.
• Assist in planning and day-to-day management of operations.
