Job summary

Surbana Jurong is seeking a Facilities Maintenance/Co-ordinator to support the FM team on-site in Singapore. The role involves maintenance scheduling, site coordination, and ensuring timely, compliant service delivery with external technicians and vendors.

You will monitor daily checks, compile service reports, and assist the Zone/HS teams as required. The position emphasizes teamwork, adherence to SOPs, and professional on-site execution.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with the FM team on maintenance scheduling and operation(s).
• Assistance to the site team for daily maintenance or any scopes.
• Responsible for the efficient performance of the technicians/vendors in charge of hard engineering services and other supporting services (Landscape, Cleaning, Pest Control).
• Monitor the timely submission of reports to clients when necessary.
• Carry out planning and periodic reviews of maintenance undertaken by his team to ensure projects are carried out professionally with proper project documents and records, and comply with project timelines in accordance to relevant SOPs and the client's requirements.
• Co-ordinate ad-hoc works and ensure routine works are administered on site.
• Compile Service Reports related to FM services
• Assist Zone/HS Team on daily checks as assigned.
• Any other duties assigned by the Manager
