Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Management Executive to supervise the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.

The role involves coordinating maintenance programs, preparing budgets and reports, and supporting capital planning while liaising with tenants and vendors to uphold service standards.

You will lead a team, monitor contracts, and drive best practices to deliver a well-managed campus environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management.
• Strong reporting and budgeting skills.
• Familiarity with contracts and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day operations of the facility, including maintenance, life-safety, and site services in line with C&W policies and client directives.
• Supervise maintenance programs for interior and exterior conditions of properties.
• Respond promptly to building maintenance requests and support contract program implementation.
• Compile site-specific documentation and reports (e.g., operating manuals, safety logs, as-built drawings, invoices files).
• Prepare budgets and financial reports related to the facility and monitor expenditures.
• Assist in contributing to capital budgets and five-year maintenance plans.
• Collect, analyze, and report data to assess facility management objectives.
• Be thoroughly familiar with management contracts, vendor agreements, and related requirements.
• Monitor tenant and vendor insurance compliance and coordinate claims as required.
• Proactively inspect facilities and report findings to the Facility Manager.
