NParks National Parks Board is seeking a facilities professional to manage ad-hoc and cyclical maintenance of park facilities and infrastructures. You will formulate management and inspection plans across assets, including slope and coastal protection works, and drive Smart FM initiatives using AI and data analytics to boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Areas of study in Engineering, Construction/ Building Management, Facilities Management or equivalent qualifications.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Conversant with current Codes of Practice, regulatory requirements and building regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, management and organization skills.
• Able to work in a team environment; adaptable and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferably with a professional qualification or equivalent recognised by PE Board (Singapore).

Responsabilités

• Manage ad-hoc and cyclical maintenance programme and formulate management plans and inspection programme for park facilities, infrastructures and other assets.
• Coordinate with multi-discipline consultants, contractors, authorities and stakeholders on upgrades and construction projects including budgeting and scheduling.
• Drive adoption of Smart Facilities Management (Smart FM) initiatives using AI tools and data analytics to enhance operational efficiency and maintenance outcomes.
