Job summary

Aptitude Asia is seeking a hands-on Facilities Manager for our Singapore office to ensure 100% uptime for the mission-critical trading environment. You will oversee core infrastructure, including UPS, generators, precision cooling, and BMS, and coordinate with global program teams for seamless operations.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, emergency response, and strict vendor governance with Tier 1 partners, health and safety compliance, and budget stewardship for local facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management within a mission-critical environment (e.g., trading floor, data center, bank).
• Strong knowledge of critical M&E systems (power, cooling, BMS, fire suppression).
• Experience managing critical facility vendors under strict SLAs and compliance standards.
• Relevant degree or professional qualification (IWFM, IOSH/NEBOSH).

Responsibilities

• Oversee core systems (UPS, generators, precision cooling, BMS) to ensure zero unplanned downtime for trading operations.
• Oversee scheduled preventive maintenance (PPM) and lead emergency escalation protocols.
• Perform root-cause analysis for incidents and coordinate with vendors to implement fixes.
• Oversee local Tier 1 vendors (M&E, security, cleaning) to enforce SLAs and compliance.
• Serve as the local point of contact for administrative site services and health & safety compliance.
