Job summary

Aptitude Asia Limited in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for our Singapore office, with a focus on maintaining 100% uptime for the mission-critical trading environment.

You will manage core systems (UPS, generators, precision cooling, BMS), lead preventive maintenance, coordinate with vendors, and ensure health & safety compliance while supporting local facility budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management within mission-critical environments.
• Strong background in critical M&E systems (power, cooling, BMS, fire suppression).
• Experience managing critical facility vendors under SLAs and compliance standards.

Job description

We are looking for a hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for our client at the Singapore office, with a primary focus on maintaining 100% uptime for the mission-critical trading environment.

Key responsibilities

Manage core systems (UPS, generators, precision cooling, BMS) to ensure zero unplanned downtime for trading operations

Oversee scheduled preventive maintenance (PPM), lead emergency escalation protocols, and perform root-cause analysis for any incidents

Manage general office operations, health & safety compliance, and local facility budgets

Serve as the local point of contact for administrative site services, including standard office amenities and coordination with global program teams

About you

Proven track record in facilities management within a mission-critical environment (e.g., trading floor, data center, bank)

Strong background in critical M&E systems (power, cooling, BMS, fire suppression)

Experience managing critical facility vendors under strict SLAs and compliance standards
