Job summary

Jurong Port Pte Ltd is seeking a Maintenance and Facilities Management professional to plan and oversee maintenance regimes for civil and structural facilities in Singapore. You will review component conditions, coordinate resources, and supervise contractors to ensure adherence to maintenance standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering with relevant FM certification, 5–8 years' experience, and familiarity with sustainability projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and professional certification in Facilities Management preferred.
• Experience in planning and supervising civil/structural projects.
• Familiarity with Green Mark or sustainability project management is a plus.
• Service-oriented, self-driven and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Plan maintenance regimes for civil and structural facilities and ad hoc maintenance.
• Review infrastructure components and their impact on operations and maintenance needs.
• Audit contractors against the Operational Maintenance Manual.
• Plan resources and monitor progress of maintenance works with contractors.
• Lead FM team and contractors and provide technical instructions.
