Cushman & Wakefield Singapore invites applications for an EIC Intern - Facilities Management for the 2026 intake. The role supports day-to-day site operations, maintenance services, and client relations within a dynamic real estate environment.

You will work with the Facilities Manager to coordinate contractors, assist in preventive maintenance planning, and help with quotations, gaining hands-on exposure to industry processes and DEI initiatives.

Competenze

• Current student in Facilities Management, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Eager to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Assist the Facilities Manager/Executive in overseeing daily site operations.
• Support the delivery of maintenance services at a designated client site.
• Help respond to service-related issues and elevate building faults where necessary.
• Assist in coordinating and supervising contractors on routine and ad-hoc works.
• Participate in site inspections and contribute to preventive maintenance planning.
• Assist with sourcing quotations and following up on repair and replacement works.
