People Profilers Pte Ltd in Singapore invites a dedicated Facilities & Safety Manager to oversee FM, WSH, and FSM duties at our Tuas premises. You will manage operations, vendor contracts, and safety programs while monitoring costs and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in OH&S or FM with 3+ years in HSE/facilities, strong communication, and project management skills. AWS/VB allowances are provided alongside typical benefits.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Degree in OH&S, FM or related field.
• 3+ years in HSE and facilities management.
• Knowledge of WSH regulations and risk management.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of office, warehouse and facilities.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems and equipment.
• Manage vendors for maintenance, cleaning, pest control, landscaping and security.
• Monitor utilities; drive cost-saving and sustainability initiatives.
• Plan relocations, renovations and improvement projects.
• Manage facility budgets and procurement; report on performance.
• Support business continuity planning and related admin matters.
