Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Facility and Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance of production machines, electrical systems, HVAC and facility equipment at our Woodlands site.

You will implement preventive maintenance, supervise technicians, ensure safety and ISO/MOM compliance, and manage parts inventory and costs. This hands-on role suits a motivated professional in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• NITEC or equivalent in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant maintenance or facilities management experience in the manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production machines, electrical systems, HVAC, and facility equipment.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules and maintain maintenance records.
• Oversee general facility upkeep, cleanliness, and safety.
• Coordinate with production teams, contractors, and suppliers for maintenance and repair works.
• Assist in supervising maintenance technicians and monitoring work quality.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, ISO requirements, and MOM standards.
• Monitor spare parts inventory, procurement, and maintenance costs.
• Perform other duties assigned by the manager / supervisor.
