Job summary

OCS GROUP (S) FACILITY SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a cleaning operative to perform daily inspections and cleaning tasks across assigned areas. You will ensure hygiene standards and health & safety procedures are met, promptly report incidents, and operate common cleaning equipment.

You may also cover staff duties when required and assist with any related tasks from the supervisor to maintain high cleanliness levels at the customer premise.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections to monitor and evaluate the work undertaken by staff and take immediate corrective measures to improve below standard performance.
• Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas and cover staff duty whenever required (eg. staff on leave/MC/absent).
• Meet the cleanliness and hygiene standard and ensure compliance to Health & Safety Environmental procedures and practices.
• Report accidents/incidents to the superior promptly.
• Handle cleaning equipment such as blower, vacuum cleaner and other general household cleaning equipment.
• Check equipment regularly and alert superior of any faulty machines.
• Coordinate fault reporting and repairs betweenusers, housekeepers and FME Department.
• Undertake any duties/projects as assigned bythe Superior
• Provide high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the customer premise
