Precious Homes is seeking a Senior Maintenance Executive to support the Operations Manager in daily maintenance, asset tagging, security and office operations, and materials management.

The role covers examining facilities for repairs, coordinating repairs to ME/EE systems, maintaining equipment with warranty records, and ensuring safety standards are upheld. Standby duties may apply for emergencies.

Competenze

• Nitec or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics, Mechatronics or related fields.
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory and facility management experience.
• Willingness to standby for emergencies; 5-day work week.

Mansioni

• Examine premises to identify repairs or replacements and advise the Operations Manager.
• Coordinate repairs for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire safety equipment.
• Develop and maintain a list of equipment with warranty status.
• Ensure proper documentation of defects and repairs.
• Oversee upkeep of the building, grounds and equipment; supervise maintenance work.
• Coordinate pest control and waste disposal; ensure safety standards.
• Support security measures and central AV/CCTV operations.
• Work with inventory staff to issue supplies and maintain stock records.
• Raise purchase requisitions and maintain store cleanliness.
