Job summary

REVUP PROSERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a diligent Facilities Manager to oversee M&E systems, safety, and building operations.

You will supervise maintenance technicians, security staff, and service contractors to uphold statutory compliance and high service standards. You will lead fire safety initiatives, manage security and carpark operations, coordinate tendering of contracts, and work with the Finance team on payments and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building/Facilities Management, or related disciplines.
• At least two years’ experience in building, facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of M&E systems to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and high operational standards.
• Co-develop and implement fire emergency response plans, fire safety audits, and manage security surveillance and carpark facilities.
• Supervise maintenance technicians in daily preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Oversee security officers in daily operations, including duty rosters and manpower coverage.
• Handle requisitions for M&E equipment and parts; address complaints related to M&E services.
• Manage requisitions for safety and security equipment; investigate incidents and follow through on actions.
• Oversee tendering, evaluation, and management of service or term contracts for maintenance and fire safety.
• Assist in planning and implementing Asset Enhancement Initiative projects; coordinate with Finance on vendor payments.
