Job summary

Trident Recruitment Pte. Ltd. seeks a proactive Facilities Management Leader to head a large, mission-critical building operations team in Singapore. You will own service quality, budget and performance of M&E and building systems end to end, acting as the primary client contact.

You will manage engineers and technicians, drive cost control, prepare reports, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver reliable facility services and safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years facilities management experience, with at least 5 in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, planning, and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers, technical officers, supervisors and technicians in daily operations and maintenance.
• Develop client relationships and uphold clear service standards on site.
• Own annual budget, project costing and cost control; prepare reports and contractor assessments.
• Coordinate with owners, consultants and contractors for engineering requirements and rectification works.
