Job summary

Goldwind Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Facilities Helpdesk to act as the first contact for site employee facility requests. You will coordinate with the JLL Facilities Workplace Experience team and manage requests through Corrigo and TEAMS.

Based at the Singapore site, you will assign tickets to Handyman, AV, Cleaning or BMS teams, ensure timely completion, and support meeting room bookings and mobile TV setups.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for site employee facility requests.
• Report to and support JLL Facilities Workplace Experience team on a regular basis
• Managework orders in Corrigo, assign tickets to Handyman, AV, Cleaning or BMS team.
• Respond tofacility requests via TEAMS and email
• Ensure Facilities requests are completed by soft services team comprising of the Handyman, AV and Cleaning team.
• Update set up requirements for training rooms in SGIC
• Update site building level 1 meeting rooms’ booking schedules
• Update and manage Mobile TV set up requests, ensure mobile TVs are not overbooked.
• Cover Reception 12:30pm-1:30pm and 5:30pm-6pm
