Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in related fields is required.
• Relevant Employment Certificate or Work Testimony is required; specialized Certifications are an added advantage.
• 3–5 years of solid hands-on maintenance experience in Hotels, MICE, Retail or Museum.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians/engineers to maintain facilities across the IR portfolio.
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance programs per code, authority requirements and guidelines.
• Assist management in planning job duration, manpower, materials, tools and equipment needs.
• Direct and allocate work to technicians, ensuring safety and records of maintenance/testing.
• Enforce safety programs and training with regard to WSH.
