Qualifications

• Proven leadership and ability to motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead project phases while upholding standards for resources, quality, and risk.
• Coordinate admin tasks including reporting, claims, and invoicing through handover.
• Identify issues and propose quality, risk, and process improvements.
• Foster effective communication between internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee subcontractor integration and ensure compliance with technical requirements.
• Interpret drawings and resolve discrepancies across trades.
• Plan, schedule, and execute A&A works to ensure on-time completion.
• Provide regular project progress updates to management and clients.
