Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Strong technical knowledge of M&E systems and services.
• Good understanding of local codes, regulations and workplace safety.
• Excellent time management with attention to detail and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project meetings and propose improvements.
• Evaluate problems and develop effective solutions.
• Plan and manage team goals, schedules, and project information.
• Supervise projects and coordinate team members to stay on track.
• Manage project documentation and ensure materials are updated and filed.
• Coordinate subcontractor packages and agreements.
• Coordinate site workflow and resolve site-related issues.
• Prepare and review proposals, memos, minutes, and emails.
• Communicate with clients to define requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures to adhere to budget.
• Understand work sequences and project planning strategies.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
