Job summary

Tan Tock Seng Hospital is seeking a committed Facilities Engineer to join the Facilities Engineering team in Singapore. You will oversee planning, execution and quality assurance of engineering and building services while guiding a team of technical staff.

The role requires a degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with strong knowledge of M&E systems and proficiency in coordinating with technicians, contractors and clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with healthcare facilities is a plus.
• Strong coordination with technicians, contractors and clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan and review maintenance programs for M&E systems and equipment.
• Investigate issues, perform root-cause analysis and propose corrective actions.
• Lead improvements with contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Support inspections, testing and commissioning of systems.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, budgeting and resource planning.
• Ensure documentation and SOPs are up to date.
• Supervise contractors and guide technical staff.
