Job summary

TEE YIH JIA FOOD MANUFACTURING PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an electrically skilled Maintenance Lead to supervise technicians in maintaining facilities, electrical and BMS systems. You will drive preventive and corrective maintenance programs and ensure documentation and safety compliance.

Candidates should have 3+ years in electrical engineering, strong fault-finding, project management, and effective communication skills to coordinate with contractors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, project management skills, problem-solving abilities and excellent communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of technicians to maintain all the facilities, building, and services systems (BMS, Electrical etc)
• Perform Preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance program according to procedure for all electrical & BMS systems
• Conduct troubleshooting and determine root cause for rectification works of all electrical & BMS systems
• Liaising and check with contractors on all electrical & BMS preventive and corrective works
• Comply with all Plant environment and safety guidelines
• Ensure sufficient critical spares inventory for all electrical & BMS system
• Ensure complete documentation of procedures and maintenance works
• Standby duties as and when required for A&A or rectification works
• Any other ad hoc works assign by HOD
