Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is required.
• Experience with high, medium and low voltage systems design, maintenance, and operations in semiconductor/manufacturing is preferred.
• Proficiency in HV/MV/LV systems, ETAP software, and IEC standards; familiarity with SMART systems and predictive maintenance tools is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, logical and critical thinking; effective communication across levels; growth mindset and leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety and environmental compliance across all electrical operations; perform risk assessments.
• Lead commissioning, maintenance and optimization of electrical systems from 230kV to Low Voltage, including emergency gens and UPS.
• Provide expert support for complex operational issues and lead 8D root-cause investigations.
• Coordinate resource management, system performance analysis and expansion project implementation.
• Review scope, schedule and cost estimates; provide engineering oversight during design and construction phases.
• Perform risk assessments and FMEA to enhance system resilience and avoid single points of failure.
• Mentor engineers and technicians through structured training and hands-on site engagement.
• Lead post-incident reviews and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive capacity expansion, reliability improvement and energy efficiency initiatives.
• Deploy SMART power systems, predictive diagnostics and digital tools to boost productivity.
