Job summary

Changi Airport Group invites an experienced facilities management professional to lead building, assets and M&E systems oversight across airport facilities in Singapore. You will conduct site surveys, manage contractors, prepare specifications, and coordinate with internal teams and tenants to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building and facilities management.
• Good stakeholder and project management skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical thinking skills.
• Possession of a valid Class 3/3A driving license.

Responsibilities

• Site Surveys: Conduct thorough assessments of the condition and maintenance needs of buildings, facilities, vehicles maintenance and M&E systems in Changi Airport.
• Contractor Management: Oversee contractors, ensuring prompt rectification of defects to minimize operational delays and downtime.
• Specification Preparation: Prepare specifications to secure competitive quotes for necessary work.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, external contractors, and tenants to ensure smooth operations.
• Project Management: Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project execution.
• Innovative Solutions: Develop and implement innovative ideas to enhance the efficiency and productivity of facilities management.
