Job summary

The role collaborates with site construction, design teams, procurement, and finance to ensure accurate forecasts, capitalization readiness, and compliant documentation, driving cost discipline and project execution excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, quantity surveying, or related field.
• At least 2 years in facilities construction or large capital projects (semiconductor preferred).
• Experience with document control, cost control, forecasting, and change management.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and balance technical, commercial, and financial priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer the Fab10 construction document control framework.
• Coordinate document workflows across design teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Maintain controlled document retention, versioning, and audit trails.
• Capture site best practices to enhance document control standards.
• Establish and maintain project cost baselines, commitments, and forecasts.
• Track budget, committed, and actual costs; flag variances early.
• Improve forecast accuracy through cost validation and change tracking.
• Support cashflow tracking and capitalization readiness with Asset Finance.
• Coordinate scope and cost changes across design, field, and procurement.
• Support policy deployment and rollout of Global Facilities standards.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency while complying.
