Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• At least 2 years supporting facilities construction or large capital projects.
• Experience with document control, cost control, forecasting and change management.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and balance technical, commercial, financial priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer the construction document control framework for Fab10 Facilities Construction, ensuring drawings, specs, and change records comply with standards.
• Actively track and analyze budget, commitments, and forecasts; escalate risks and ensure cost alignment.
• Improve forecast-to-actual accuracy through disciplined cost validation and change tracking.
• Coordinate scope and cost changes, ensuring approvals and proper capitalization readiness.
