Job summary

Swift Search Global Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair works at residential and commercial properties.

You will carry out basic electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing and general building maintenance, travel between sites, and conduct regular inspections to prevent faults. The role requires hands-on problem solving and the ability to work independently to keep buildings safe and functional.

Qualifications

• NITEC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• Hands-on experience in electrical troubleshooting and general repair works.
• Able to read and understand electrical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting and repair works at residential and commercial properties.
• Carry out basic electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing and general building maintenance.
• Travel to different properties to attend to maintenance requests and breakdowns.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Identify and rectify building defects and equipment faults.
• Coordinate with contractors for servicing and repair works.
• Maintain maintenance records and reports.
• Perform other maintenance duties as assigned.
