Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of facilities maintenance or similar technical role.
• Experience with ACMV, electrical, plumbing, or lighting is an advantage.
• Qualification in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services or FM.

Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled preventive and ad-hoc maintenance for facilities and equipment.
• Respond to user requests and maintenance calls including lighting and AC issues.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and monitor on-site work.
• Update maintenance records, service logs, and defect records.
• Use CMMS to manage work orders and close completed tasks.
• Ensure all maintenance activities follow safety procedures and site requirements.
